Tomatoes, tomatoes and more tomatoes
So the Friday after we returned from DC I ventured out into the garden to find an abundance of produce ready to be put up. I ended up with 8 1/2 pints of green chilies as you see in the picture. 21 quarts of bottled tomatoes, and 25 pints of green beans
. All in 2 weeks time. Amazing!

4 HUGE zucchini that I got 38 cups of zucchini in the freezer waiting to be processed. Oh wait I only grated 3 of the zucchini and gave the 4th away.
