So the Friday after we returned from DC I ventured out into the garden to find an abundance of produce ready to be put up. I ended up with 8 1/2 pints of green chilies as you see in the picture. 21 quarts of bottled tomatoes, and 25 pints of green beans. All in 2 weeks time. Amazing!
In addition, I bottled 14 quarts of apple pie filling, I had bought some apples at the farmers market.
