Washington DC's WWI Monument

OK, so I know that this looks like a run down rotunda, it is, but I feel heart sick when I think that our country doesn't have a Memorial or Monument dedicated to those who died in WWI.
Names of the soldiers from DC that were killed. They number 2,400.
The monument from the street.

Just a few words, I would like to see our country step-up and honor those who gave their life in WWI. I am going to start a letter campaign to Congress. Let me know if you would like to join.
